Our CT pipe kit consists of the complete exhaust system
including a 7 disc spark arrestor and jet kit. 7 discs
produce the maximum horsepower on a stock LTZ/KFX400 with the lid off the air box. Removing
the discs and going to an open end cap or adding more discs to a stock motor
will lose peak horsepower. This system produces a very quite 95dBs. The air
box lid can be
run, but it will result in a loss of horsepower. The CT pipe is completely tunable.
As
you add horsepower to the motor with performance parts, you can add discs to achieve
maximum horsepower.
