TRX400EX 440cc Midrange Complete Package......$1395.00

The TRX440EX Midrange Package will give 2 strokes fits on the trails and dunes. It's as reliable as a rock and will run all day on pump gas. We can lean on the compression a bit harder if you don't mind running 100 octane gas. CT customers are pleased with the way the power is increased from bottom to top, with no need to wait on the power. This kit flat hauls. It's peak output on CT's Dynojet dyno is 41 horsepower at the rear wheels. That's a 30% gain over the stock engine which has 27 horsepower at the rear wheels. The over rev is also much better with 20 horsepower more at 9000 rpm. We're confident that there's no better bang for the buck on the market today.

TRX400EX 440cc High Output Complete Package......$2400.00

This is the kit you've been dreaming about. This kit puts out mid 40s horsepower and has a very wide power delivery. With this kit you are not trading any bottom-end power for top-end power, it has more power throughout the entire range. It is set up at 12/1 compression, so you would need to run a minimum of 100 octane gas.

Kit includes: CT pipe, CT 440 big bore kit with a JE hi performance piston kit, cylinder re-sleeving, sleeve, Web HO cam, Keihin 41mm FCR carb, short valve guides, Race valve job, hardfaced rockers, valve springs with titanium retainers, head re-assembly, CT head porting, and top-end gasket set. CT TRX400EX Pipe Kits

CT 4 stroke pipes are proving to be the best on the market. The CT 400EX slip on muffler was the best slip on in the Dirt Wheels Magazine pipe shoot out. CT does extensive dyno testing to make sure we are offering the best pipe or pipe kit available. Many pipes are offered as a kit. We do this because our extensive testing would show a large gain in adding a few components like jetting or an aftermarket air filter. If there is not a significant horsepower increase, then we just offer the pipe only. You will note for the 400EX, we offer two different styles of exhausts: A slip on muffler to use with the stock head pipe and engine, and a complete pipe kit for the 34-40+ horsepower Midrange and High Output Power Packages. Bolting our complete pipe kit on a stock 400EX will gain horsepower, but the gain won't even be as significant as the gain created by the Midrange or High Output Power Packages.

Noise: The disc type spark arrestor system allows you to tune the noise level. Our system tuned for peak horsepower running all 12 discs puts out a throaty sounding 101dBs. This is not acceptable for many riding areas. With the disc type system, you can simply remove discs to get to the range you need. At 6 discs, you would be in the 93dB range. You will lose some horsepower as you cut the noise. Our pipe will still make the most power at any dB as compared with any other aftermarket pipe at the same dB level.

This is the best all around cam on the market today, and we've tested every other cam we can get our hands on against it. We use it on our 440 kits and achieve well over 40 HP with lots of bottom.

All around performance with added mid and top-end performance. Stock springs ok. Requires high compression piston, exhaust system.

Web recommends hardfacing the rockers with this cam, but we don't. We find that as long as your rockers are in good shape, and you don't install heavy springs, use good  oil (Redline 15-50, Kendahl 10-40, Honda Synthetic or Amsoil) you'll have no problems.

The X-33 axle uses the same superior material and heat treating as the Eliminator. The unique difference is in the design of the wheel hub mounting area. Standard design ATV axles neck down to about 1" in diameter. A splined wheel hub slides onto the axle shaft and is retained with a hex nut. As all ATVer's know, hubs loosen frequently. The X-33 changes all that. The wheel hub is clamped solid and driven by a pin on a 1-3/8" diameter shaft. This axle is rifled to reduce weight near the rotational axis of the ATV. The X-33 allows for 16 different wheel offset alternatives.
